If you have a unit not installed by us, but is covered under manufacturer's warranty, we'll honor the warranty and fix your unit. At American Air & Heat, we offer lifetime part replacement for certain models. It means that if your equipment is one of the qualifying brands, and is within the 10-year warranty period, we’ll replace your unit. This also depends on the type of failure.
