I have been using a competitive A/C company since I moved to Fl. in 2016. They had stated that I had a leak. I was recommended by my neighbor/friend to use American Air and Heat. I called them and rather quickly they sent out Patrick Eastwood. Patrick was extremely Knowledgeable and found my leak almost immediately. He was Professional and informative throughout his service on my system. He also noticed that my other company didn't think that I was Missing my Blower Unit Board!! I wish that after 2 years of using a well known company that they were able to notice that the leak was from the installation of my 2 year old unit. It was right in front of their noses and that I did not need to run a new line from my attic!! American Air and Heat immediately repaired my A.C.. Now I have a cooler house than I did before. My other company was unable to have my unit run in a tip, top shape like it does now. Thank you Patrick, See you next year.
Patrick came to our home to check for leaks on our ceiling below the A.C. ducts. The duct has deteriorated and needed to be replaced. He brought steam out within a couple days and R&Red the whole duct system in only 1 day.
Had Gabe out for a tune up. He was on time, very thorough and wore shoe covers in my home. After the tune up Gabe even helped me set up my new printer to print the invoice. This was especially helpful since I am 77 and not very technical. Thank you Gabe and American Air! I will recommend your service to any one in need.
Called for service on a Monday morning after air stopped cooling Sunday. Got a service call in the afternoon and technician Jamie was wonderful, Immediately knew the problem and had air going very quickly. I am coming up on the last year of my 10 year warranty, Jamie took the time to talk with me about a future plan for replacing this unit. Great service visit by Jamie Shirley. He was polite, professional and very knowledgeable about our system. He serviced our system and replaced two parts under warranty and ordered a third for us. We also decided to buy the annual service agreement at his recommendation. I would highly recommend him and American Air and Heat.

Our AAH Tech Jamie Shirey was very informative and professional while servicing our A/C. He explained all work performed in great detail and seemed very knowledgeable when answering our questions.
Raymoud, our tech was outstanding! He quickly troubleshooted the leak as the coil, found that it was under warranty and picked one up. He even returned after closing to install the new coil so we could sleep in cool house. Added UV light to protect from mold also! Great Job! We are a long time customer.

Our ac unit had a problem with the outside sensor and as such stopped working. We called at 4 pm to see what could be done. American air and heat sent Gabe out at about 6:30 pm way past working hours to look at our problem. Gabe would not leave until we had the ac working and were comfortable. This is the work ethic that we love. American Air and Heat is the best!

It was a hot and sticky afternoon last Friday when my 20 year old air conditioner stopped running. It restarted, but by Saturday morning we needed to call for help. My daughter uses and recommended American Air & Heat of Brevard, so I gave them a call that morning. The company got a technician to our house by noon Sunday. Patrick Eastwood quickly diagnosed and corrected the problems with the outside unit. He showed me how 20 years of service was taking this A/C unit towards a complete failure, but I had some time to plan a replacement during cooler months ahead. He left us with terms and conditions, as well as, cost and sizing for a replacement system. No sales pressure and a very fair fee for professional diagnostic and servicing on a week end call. We are now sleeping and working in a cool house, planning for A/C replacement.
Bought a new air conditioning system with a warranty Unit is 2 years old now and had to have 3 service calls and 3 parts replaced with added service call charges of $89 each visit plus labor. I feel these products are defective or old and I am not happy with this company. Spent thousands on new unit and warranty and now have $600 dollars of repairs. They do not offer discounts to loyal customers. Bad company do not buy units from them
Patrick saved the day! Our compressor stopped turning on at 3:30pm on Saturday. Patrick showed up promptly and figured out what was causing the issue and fixed it quickly. We truly appreciate Patrick coming to the house at the end of his day and getting our air back online. I would recommend American Air and Heat. Our unit was installed by them in 2006 and it has worked like a champ. The unit is 12 years old, and when it comes time to replace it, American Air will get my repeat business. When our AC stopped working, we called this company. Gabe came to our home on a Saturday, He was professional, kind and worked really hard to get the AC unit to cool our home until we could get our new unit, Today (Monday) Jason and Jason and the rest of the crew came to install a new unit inside and out. They were professional, thorough, answered all of our questions and cleaned up when the job was done. Amazing Customer Service! Incredible company. It was a pleasure to do business with this company!

Great service and very professional staff. I have a vacation home in Satellite Beach and when I arrived my AC was not working. It is not a good thing when it is the middle of September. One call to American Air was all it took. They got right out to my house and had my new unit installed the next day.
